President at the majority of the meetings of the Society and of the Executive Manage the affairs and the property of the Society. Implement general supervision over the Society.
Have and assume the powers and duties of the President in the event of the absence or disability of the President. Collaborate with President in every matter regarding the Society.
Function as the public face of the Society explicitly in print media. Implement, supervise and collaborate the activities of Human Resources.
Handle all the publicity of the Society and ensure honest and quick. Manage the information flow outside of society. Come up with the right set of media selection and ideas to reach the maximum possible audience.
Collect and disburse all funds of the Society under the direction of the President.Keep accounts of all receipts and disbursements and other financial Transactions and of the funds, securities, and other investments of the Society.
Define the role and vision of the Society. Serve and act as the deciding vote in case of any conflict within the society, in coordination with the Office Bearers.
A mentor is someone who serves as a beacon of light towards the journery of success. Such a person is UET Science Society 's adviser. Not only does he give the wisdom of doing thing as perfectly as possible but also instills the courage to do them.
